Only I...
...could sprain my toe rolling over in bed. (Foot skidded across the mattress while I was using it for leverage, and little toe caught on the edge of it.)

In conclusion, ow. *goes back to bed*

Ow! It would be less adding injury to insult if I didn't already have a nasty sinus infection I've been fighting for a week. I walked into work in sniff-snuffle-limp mode like I was heading for Dr. Frankenstein's lab.

On the plus side, if you hunch over you could probably get away with saying "Yeth, mathter" to any request your boss makes!

Poor you! *Hugs* If it makes you feel any better, Mr WG has done the same thing, and enough times that he now wears socks to bed to protect his toes!

In which case I amend this post to say "Only I and S" but please not multiple times, noooo.

I can't wear socks to bed. My poor little tactile toes would suffocate and dieeeee.

Ouch! I walk into my bed frame on a regular basis leading to semi-permanent black and blue marks on my legs.

I do that with the edge of my desk, and most headdeskily, with my pot of Carmex: I keep it in my pocket even when I sleep, and if I end up sleeping atop it, yay, bruises on my hip.

Hee! I wish; it is instead packed into my boot, where it's protected from bumping but unfortunately positioned so I'm constantly putting my weight on it. Since it's that or the shoes that make my back hurt, though, boots it is.

More evidence that we may be descended from the same clumsy people: I somehow sprained my allegedly good knee in my sleep.

Julia, covers are dangerous, where are our zero-gravity electronically warmend sleeping plates, darn it!

Ow, ow, ow! I've pulled my neck/shoulder in my sleep as well, but knees are a new level of pain.

I stumbled over a rug and caught the big toenail on my left foot on the sole of my left. Or something. It happened very fast. Anyway, there's a bruise under my toenail now and it hurts like the dickens.

Grace: we cannot has it.

I broke my toe in my sleep in early high school doing just that. *hugs*

I have not gotten anymore graceful since, sigh.

Sometimes those little toes are more trouble than they're worth.

I have taped it to the one next to it and ordered it to behave now!
