You guys aren't alone in that. We have a terrible time finding someone to deal with our lawn - and I'd do it, but my father (with whom I live while I'm back in school) doesn't own a lawnmower, and if I could afford to buy one, I could afford to not live with my father, too....

We had one, and (probably unsurprisingly given our neighborhood) it was stolen. We also have a manual lawnmower which maeyan bought in what I can only conclude was a fit of whimsy, since there's no way in hell it'll cut all of our grass on a *good* day without giving the user heatstroke, and on a bad day (i.e. one in which the grass is as high as it is now) it would be an exercise in absurdity.
