Unrelated to your tweets

I clicked to read your tweets, and saw the name of your journal and it gave me a sad smile.

Recently I learned of the death, (after a years-long battle with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma) of a fantastic writer in the slash portion of the X-Files fandom. His partner died last year, and I think that just took all the fight out of him. What made me smile was that Mick, the one who died recently was known as The Bunny, and his late partner, Jax was known as The Bear.

His family, who left a message for us on his LJ to tell us of his passing, said that Mick said to tell us that he had left to go "Waltzing with Bears".

That's so sweet. Sad, but lovely.

My journal title came from wee bunnygirl here, who's illustrating "Baldrick, you wouldn't recognize a subtle plan if it painted itself purple and danced naked upon a harpsichord singing 'Subtle Plans are Here Again.'"
