Go me!

(It's because I've read slash of some sort in every fandom listed, even though I've only written in Buffy/Angel, action-adventure, anime, book and movie. Being a reading-slut is apparently good for my character!)

Nyah nyah! I'm more corrupt than you are! 82% here, mostly 'cause I read much more than I write.

I really had to stretch it for some -- I was counting the LoTR crackfic as my movieslash, for instance. Even though it was blatantly book-based. Insofar as it was based in any form of reality whatsoever.

it was blatantly book-based

It was? -boggle- How could you tell?

Where in the PJ film is Gandalf referred to as the Istari? Or Hobbit coming-of-age discussed? Or Eregion mentioned as a location, instead of just the Mines of Moria?

Bookaliscious. ;-)

Ah, okay. -g- Depth of info; I was thinking things that were different in the book v. the movie.

FWIW, though, in the visual guide and such, the wizards are called Istari. It actually even specifically says they're Maiar, and has dialogue saying as much. I'm just as happy they cut that -- I'm hoping they leave it at the same level of "open secret" as it is in the books, with everybody suspecting their origins (and a few folks knowing) but nobody discussing them.

Yeah, for me it would *have* to be depth of info, as opposed to differences, because I haven't read the books, except for The Hobbit and a brief attempt at FOTR when I was in high school. JRR's writing style gave me a headache. I shall eventually give in and read the trilogy, I suspect, but only with plenty of Aleve handy!

I lost marks for non-involvement with zines. However the psychotic crossover round robin on my holograms and ghosts list covered thirteen different fandoms, so I picked up a lot of marks there.

And I feel I should get bonus points for having slashed Han Solo with the guy from the Sixth Sense...

I have far to go, apparently. Who knew?
